Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with 3+ years of experience in Client Relations and Administrative roles in the Banking and Financial services industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating internal teams and external providers to deliver exceptional customer experiences.



Key Responsibilities


  • Provide priority services to VIP Customers through various channels in the Premium Service Centre
  • Embark on dedicated site visits as an ambassador for agents and customers, ensuring a smooth and exceptional experience
  • Coordinate permits applications, hotel bookings, and transportation arrangements for customers
  • Organize relationship-building activities/events with internal and external stakeholders
  • Assist in providing quality services and financial solutions to customers and meet their needs
  • Support overall centre administrative and maintenance functions


Requirements


  • Degree holder in Business, Banking & Finance or related disciplines
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Client Relations and Administrative roles in the Banking and Financial services industry (preferably)
  • Self-motivated, independent, and client-focused individual
  • Strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese


Estimated Salary: HKD $50,000 - $70,000 per annum
