About the Role:

  • ">
  • To drive ownership and accountability for end-to-end customer service experience, ensuring seamless interactions with customers and internal stakeholders.">
  • To work closely with customer teams and executives to provide customer stewardship and advocacy, identifying new business opportunities and resolving operational issues efficiently.">
  • To maintain awareness of day-to-day changes and problem process compliance, ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met as per contractual commitments.">
  • To develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty, leveraging creative thinking and industry expertise.">
  • To collaborate with virtual Global teams to deliver innovative solutions and drive business growth.">

Requirements:

  • ">
  • Degree or above in Telecommunications or related field.">
  • A minimum of 7 years' relevant experience in Sales or Business Development, with a proven track record of success.">
  • ITIL or CCIE certification and technical expertise in networking technology is an asset.">
  • Creative mindset, well-versed in Carrier or Enterprise sector in Telecom Industry, with excellent communication skills.">
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing, with fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese.">
  • PREFERRED: Proficiency in Putonghua.">
