The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be results-driven, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in B2B sales or consulting is beneficial but not mandatory.

  • Developing and executing targeted outbound campaigns to generate sales-ready leads for our performance clients and booking meetings for legacy clients assigned to you.
  • Conducting proactive outreach and follow-ups to prospects via phone or customized videos.
  • Qualifying prospects through needs analysis, budget, and purchase authority (BANT).
  • Documenting market feedback and insights in SalesOS.
  • Maintaining the contact database by enriching data within the CRM (SalesOS).
  • Meeting weekly and monthly activity sales targets.
  • Providing weekly updates and insights to CSM / team lead for the monthly strategy meetings.
  • Ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Providing customized recommendations & suggesting improvements for better results.
  • Participating in weekly GC meetings and daily huddles.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest cold email outreach trends and implementing best practices.
