Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Commercial Development Lead to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business development strategies that align with our overall vision and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement standard robust processes, systems, and capabilities across the organization for Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE), including segmentation, targeting, territory alignment, and performance tracking.
  • Process owner of Sales Force incentives, organizing quarterly committee meetings and ensuring adherence to external regulations and internal company policies.
  • Define Omnichannel Engagement and digital strategy, including new channel activation, customer segmentation, and digital content planning.
  • Design and measure experiments with the right metrics to drive FF productivity and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • 10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical industry management.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant commercial leadership experience in healthcare management level, preferably in a leading MNC pharmaceutical global organization.
  • Diversity of experiences and breadth in sales force, marketing, digital, and other areas.
