Key Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute shipments as per SOP requirements
- Monitor customer KPIs and provide regular updates
- Assist with special duties and ad-hoc projects as needed
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction
- F.5 or above, Diploma in Logistics Studies preferred
- At least 1 year experience in customer service, preferably in freight forwarding industry
- Fluent in English, Mandarin, and local languages required
- Knowledge of Excel software a must
