Job Description

We are currently seeking a high-calibre professional to join our team as a Business Development Manager/Senior Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing new business relationships and strengthening existing ones while ensuring fair outcomes for all types of customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting the establishment of new business relationships and strengthening existing ones to ensure fair outcomes for all types of customers.
  • Providing support to communicate new products, propositions, and relevant market information to customers.
  • Supporting distribution channel's people development initiatives, such as selling skill coaching and product knowledge training.
  • Supporting plans and strategies to generate new business, increase revenue, and activate new branch distribution channels within HSBC Group.
  • Collaborating with multiple stakeholders, including branch managers, relationship managers, and product specialists, to maximise cross-selling opportunities for the bank.
  • Participating in events, initiatives, and activities to capture new business opportunities.
