Company Overview

The HSH Group, owner and operator of The Peninsula Hotels and other prestigious assets, is seeking a Commercial Growth Strategist to lead Sales and Marketing efforts. This role will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, market share, brand awareness, loyalty, and customer engagement across international markets.

Job Description

  • Lead Sales and Marketing teams at Head Office and operations to align with globalisation vision
  • Leverage technologies, market research, and customer intelligence to understand guest needs and preferences
  • Devise strategies to increase guest acquisition, deepen guest engagement, and drive loyalty
  • Plan and oversee digital marketing strategies, including monetization of digital space
  • Monitor and analyze revenue management performance to ensure hotels achieve RevPAR targets
  • Safeguard and develop The Peninsula brand and image to enhance global awareness and reputation

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Degree holder or above in Business, Sales, Marketing, Digital, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 20 years' experience in Sales and Marketing
  • Preference for candidates in group leadership roles (SVP, CMO, CSO, CCO, or similar) leading large S&M organisations
  • Fluent English proficiency and ability to communicate complexity to board-level audience
