Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Startup Growth Strategist to join our team and drive our startup growth initiatives. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing company concepts, conducting user research, leading company-creation efforts, launching new products, driving early customer acquisition, shaping go-to-market strategies, and iterating on product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Discovery and Outreach: Identify and connect with potential customers to deeply understand their pain points, test early assumptions, and utilize innovative strategies to drive initial adoption.
  • Market Research: Conduct iterative market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and market trends, ensuring our products are positioned effectively.
  • Product Launch: Take ownership of bringing products to life by developing and executing go-to-market plans for product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and distribution plans.
  • Drive Product Iteration: Act as the bridge between customers and the product team by gathering feedback directly from users, analyzing market data, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Analyze data and metrics to assess growth strategies and make informed decisions that drive user engagement and conversion.
