We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Incubation Business Development Manager to join our team at Avature.
About the RoleThis exciting opportunity involves driving the growth and success of our incubation business by identifying, evaluating, and nurturing potential clients, building strategic partnerships, and enhancing the overall value-proposition of our incubation services.
Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition and Relationship Management
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify high-growth potential clients across various industries, utilizing multiple channels including sales teams, industry events, and networks.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understanding their business models, growth plans, and pain points, while providing detailed information about our incubation products/services.
- Account Management: Manage client relationships, ensuring regular communication with startup founders, providing support, and assessing progress to make necessary adjustments to incubation support.
Strategic Partnerships
- Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners that can bring additional resources, expertise, and funding opportunities.
- Partnership Negotiation: Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Partnership Management: Oversee daily partnership operations, coordinating with partner organizations to ensure smooth implementation of joint projects.
- Budget Planning: Contribute to business development budget planning, including costs associated with marketing, events, and partnership initiatives.
- Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to increase incubation business revenue through higher client intake, premium service offerings, or revenue-sharing agreements with partners.
Program Promotion and Branding
- Marketing and Promotion: Collaborate with the ISG marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies promoting our incubation program, creating marketing collateral, managing the incubation program's website and social media presence, and organizing promotional events.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the incubation business at industry events, conferences, and panels, sharing insights and success stories to enhance brand reputation and position the incubation program as a leader in the startup ecosystem.
