About the Job:

The Business Partnership Director at AY Talent Solutions is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our key accounts. This role demands a deep understanding of customer needs and the ability to design customized solutions that leverage our company's offerings.

Main Responsibilities:

  • You will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, ensuring alignment with customer requirements.
  • Lead the operational team responsible for end-to-end sea freight consolidation processes, conducting analyses for volume forecasts and sailing plans.
  • Manage daily operations, adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and maintain high service quality levels.
  • Regularly engage with customers through meetings, conference calls, and presentations to better understand their needs.
  • Design and implement strategic business development plans that leverage our company's offerings.
  • Lead projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing customer acquisition, implementations, and product/system development.

Requirements:

  • Degree in logistics, transportation, or a related field preferred; extensive experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Significant and solid experience in seafreight export operations, with strong management experience in leading a team, particularly in the Far East to Oceanic regions.
  • Mandatory experience in managing global-scale key accounts.
  • Solid experience in carrier procurement, with the ability to address and resolve daily space and equipment issues with carriers.
  • Proficient in various MS Office applications, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong execution skills with a proven performance track record.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin.
  • Capable of working under pressure while managing demanding timelines and workloads.
