Development Partnerships Lead

- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Prospect Identification: Research and identify clients with high-growth potential across various industries.
- Client Engagement: Engage with potential clients, understand their business models, growth plans, and pain points. Provide detailed information about the incubation products/services.
- Account Management: Once clients are onboarded, manage their relationships. Regularly communicate with the clients' startup founders, provide support, and ensure that their needs are met.
- Strategic Partnerships:
- Partner Identification: Identify and evaluate potential strategic partners. These partnerships can bring in additional resources, expertise, and funding opportunities.
- Partnership Negotiation: Initiate and lead negotiations with potential partners to establish mutually beneficial agreements.
- Partnership Management: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the partnerships. Coordinate with partner organizations to ensure the smooth implementation of joint projects.
- Program Promotion and Branding:
- Marketing and Promotion: Develop and execute marketing strategies along with the ISG marketing team to promote the incubation program. This includes creating marketing collateral, managing the incubation program's website and social media presence, and organizing promotional events.
- Thought Leadership: Represent the incubation business at industry events, conferences, and panels. Share insights and success stories to enhance the brand reputation and position the incubation program as a leader in the startup ecosystem.
