Partnership Development Manager

The Partnership Development Manager is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and establishing strategic partnerships with key stakeholders to drive campaign awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. This role requires a unique blend of strategic thinking, relationship management, and execution skills to create and implement co-marketing initiatives that align with our business goals.
Responsibilities
1. Identify and prioritize potential partnership opportunities with key stakeholders, including brands, influencers, and other relevant entities.
2. Conduct thorough analysis of partnership opportunities to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to design and execute co-marketing campaigns that drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
4. Develop and manage partnerships to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
5. Provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 8 years of experience in partnership marketing, business development, or a related role.
Proven track record of developing and managing successful marketing partnerships.
Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
