Talent Acquisition and Employer Branding Expertise

  • Partner with key stakeholders to develop and implement strategic talent acquisition and employer branding initiatives that drive business results.
  • Manage the full life cycle of recruitment, including job posting, sourcing, interview arrangement, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Identify high-quality candidates through proactive sourcing of active and passive candidates via direct channels, job postings, social media, web sourcing, referrals, vendors, and other innovative sourcing techniques.
  • Collaborate with local marketing and corporate employer branding teams to create a visual library for employer branding purposes.
  • Support the global and local talent acquisition initiatives and projects.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in human resource management, with at least 3 years in talent acquisition and talent engagement, ideally in a multinational or technology company.
  • Proactive team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional computer skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of ATS (e.g., Workday) is highly preferred.
  • Strong command of written and spoken English.
