Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this role is $180,000 - $220,000, depending on qualifications and experience. This compensation package reflects the company's commitment to attracting and retaining top talent while providing a fair and competitive remuneration structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Talent Acquisition and Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to attract, select, and retain top talent, ensuring a strong pipeline of skilled professionals to drive business success.
  • Employee Engagement and Experience: Foster a culture of innovation, inclusivity, and collaboration, promoting a positive work environment that encourages employees to grow, learn, and contribute to the organisation's mission.
  • HR Operations and Strategy: Design and execute comprehensive HR plans, policies, and procedures to support business objectives, enhance operational efficiency, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in human resources, management, or a related field.
  • Experience: A minimum of 12 years' experience in HR leadership roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with a combination of corporate and business unit line experience.
  • Skills and Qualities: Proven ability to think strategically, drive change, and lead cross-functional teams; excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills; ability to multi-task, prioritise, and manage competing demands.
