Serve as a critical business partner to Group Human Resources, collaborating with business unit heads to drive organizational and people-related strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide thought leadership on HR strategy and execution, building relationships with business unit heads to drive cultural change plans and interventions.
  • Act as a proactive business partner on various HR functions, including strategic workforce planning, career planning, performance management, rewards and recognition, employee relations, engagement, leadership, and organizational development.
  • Coach, support, mentor, and challenge managers in the application of HR policies and practices, providing advice and guidance on complex HR issues to minimize risk and financial exposure.
  • Partner with HR specialists and functional teams to champion HR initiatives and implement HR strategies, policies, and best practices effectively.
  • Participate or lead various assigned HR projects, driving business outcomes and delivering results-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and above
  • Minimum 15 years of HR business partner or generalist experience supporting business leaders
  • Extensive HR experience across the full HR spectrum
  • Demonstrated business acumen to drive organizational and people-related strategies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with senior leaders and a range of stakeholders to drive organizational change
  • A confident business partner with the ability to build and maintain constant rapport with the business at a strategic level and be hands-on when required
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyse data, understand trends, and develop recommendations for action based on the analysis
