About the Role

This exciting opportunity involves providing expert HR advice and support to senior stakeholders and employees on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and compliance with employment laws.   • Provide HR advice and support to senior stakeholders and employees on HR-related matters.

Star Anise Limited is a leading legal and compliance recruitment firm based in Hong Kong. We have seen a marked increase in recruitment activity among law firms in the last quarter, including legal support roles. In anticipation of increased demand for human resources professionals, we are inviting highly skilled Human Resources Advisors to register or get in touch with their updated CVs.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in a similar HR role, preferably within an international law firm or professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • High levels of fluency in English, with Cantonese and Mandarin (written and spoken) preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong labour laws.
  • Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
