Key Responsibilities

This dynamic and challenging role involves leading the HR Department in Classy Wheeler Limited. The incumbent will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's business objectives.

You will work closely with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that drive business results and improve employee engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR, with a focus on talent acquisition, talent management, and employee development. You will be responsible for managing the HR budget and ensuring compliance with employment-related laws and regulations.

Additionally, you will provide coaching and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization, focusing on areas such as performance management, career development, and succession planning.

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Min. 10 years of Human Resources Management experience with at least 5 years of experience on managerial level
  • Prior experience in manufacturers or retail businesses with China exposure preferred
  • Solid experience in all-round HR functions especially in compensation and benefits and performance management
  • Well versed in employment ordinance, employees' compensation and other HR related regulations of HK and Mainland China
  • Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command in both written and spoken English & Chinese
  • Occasional travel to China is required
  • Immediate available will be an advantage
