Ocab är ett välkänt varumärke inom skadeservice och finns på 55 orter från Norr till Söder. Som HR Partner blir du en del av ett centralt HR team som består av, förutom HR, även lön, KMA och utbildning. I denna tjänst stöttar du vår verksamhet i region Syd med kontor bland annat i Göteborg, Borås, Halmstad, Helsingborg, Malmö, Karlskrona, Växjö, Oskarshamn och Kalmar. Hos oss blir du en viktig länk mellan koncernen övergripande arbete och regionens lokala frågor. Du är en given affärspartner för verksamheten och ett stöd på såväl strategisk som operativ nivå. På sikt är du en del av den regionala ledningsgruppen.

Om tjänsten i Ocab

Som HR Partner i Ocab arbetar du i en bred generalistroll och fungerar om ett konsultativ, rådgivande och coachande stöd för cheferna i sitt ledarskap, organisatoriska frågor och personalrelaterade ärenden. Arbetsrätt, kollektivavtal, rekrytering, utbildning och arbetsmiljö och strategiska frågor gällande kompetensförsörjning, ledarutveckling, individ- och grupputveckling ingår i ditt kompetensområde.

Som HR Partner driver du aktivt förändrings- och förbättringsarbete självständigt såväl i team med kollegor, chefer och externa partners. Hos oss finns det stora chanser att utvecklas och påverka. Du deltar aktivt kulturbyggande och förändringsledning för att bli branschens attraktivaste arbetsgivare.

Kvalifikationer

Vi söker dig med:

  • Högskoleutbildning inom HR, personalvetare eller motsvarande.
  • Minst tre års erfarenhet av brett HR arbete i en roll där du arbetat rådgivande och konsulterande för chefer inom service – och tjänstesektorn.
  • Kunskaper i arbetsrätt och driva fackliga förhandlingar.
  • Erfarenhet av att arbeta med proaktivt hälsoarbete, arbetsmiljö, rehabilitering och hantering av sjukfrånvaro.
  • Erfarenhet av arbete på kollektivavtalsområden för arbetare. Det är starkt meriterande om du har arbetat med Byggavtalet.
  • God datorvana och kan arbeta i Office 365.
  • Goda kunskaper i svenska, i tal och skrift.
  • Körkort B.

Övrig information och ansökan

Tjänsten är placerad antingen på regionens huvudkontor i Kalmar eller vårt centrala huvudkontor i Stockholm, Alvik. Resor ingår i tjänsten, både över dagen som med övernattningar.
