Dynamic Sales Leader for Large Chinese Corporates

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive transactional banking solutions with a focus on Large Chinese Corporates in both domestic and international markets.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in cash management, trade, and digital solutions for Chinese enterprises, with a proven track record of delivering revenue growth and key performance indicators.
This role requires strong influencing, negotiation, and consultative solutioning skills, as well as excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin. Cantonese is an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the delivery of cash management, trade, and digital solutions for Chinese enterprises to achieve revenue targets and key performance indicators that support the overall business objectives.
- Collaborate with Relationship Managers to align on customer digital and cash management business objectives, as well as customer segment targets.
- Design and deliver agreed solutions with relevant stakeholders.
- Proactively generate new deals, conduct needs analysis, develop customer-focused sales presentations, deliver differentiated solutions, and conduct sales pitches to achieve agreed revenue targets.
- Assist in executing sales strategies for cash management and digital products and services for the designated customer and prospect base.
- Degree holder in related disciplines with minimum 7 years of relevant experience in banking, financial institutions, fintech, and procurement services.
- Strong aspiration to develop career in cash management and trade finance solutions. Prior exposure to reinvoicing center, procurement center, corporate treasury would be an advantage.
- Experience in cash management, trade, and digital solutions for Chinese enterprises.
- Self-starter with a tenacity to succeed, and a flair for customer-facing solutioning and selling.
