Role Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Senior Sales Executive to become a vital part of our Agency Sales division. In this position, you will engage with travel agencies to broaden our travel network and enhance the sales of travel services, including offerings from airlines and various service providers. Your background in sales and business development within the travel technology or management sectors will be essential in building and maintaining robust relationships with our agency partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales initiatives in designated regions, securing travel agency clients for Sabre's distribution platform, thereby fostering revenue growth and market presence.
  • Formulate and implement a strategic plan to identify and connect with potential travel agency clients, showcasing a deep understanding of their needs.
  • Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective clients, highlighting the unique advantages of Sabre's offerings.
  • Engage in negotiations with potential clients to establish favorable terms and agreements, managing financial modeling to demonstrate value and ROI for both Sabre and the client.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including product and account management, to customize solutions that effectively address client requirements.
  • Deliver presentations on products and services to stakeholders at all organizational levels, both internally and externally.
  • Work closely with account management, implementation, and other departments within Sabre to ensure smooth integration and high customer satisfaction.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between Sabre and travel agency clients, fostering strong relationships and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales journey.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related discipline.
  • Over 5 years of experience in sales or business development within the travel management or technology sectors.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the travel industry, including distribution dynamics and the role of technology in agency sales.
  • Demonstrated history of successful sales achievements and target fulfillment.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
  • Fluency in English and a major Asian language at a business level.
