About the Role

The Senior Commercial Development Manager will play a key role in driving commercial growth and success for our company. This individual will lead a team of Commercialization Specialists, guiding them to develop and deliver technical specifications and factory competencies that meet product cost strategies, quality, and manufacturing standards.

This position requires strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Building and leading a high-performing team of Commercialization Specialists.
  • Managing workload between team members and calendar requirements to ensure timelines are met.
  • Leading training and coaching to improve scalability, efficiency, and quality in manufacturing.
  • Managing new model product specification processes from fit approval to bulk production.
  • Ensuring seasonal carryover and transition processes support Supply Chain team needs.
