**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Relationship Manager to join our Commercial Banking business segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our valued clients, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding customer service.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve a designated portfolio of accounts: Provide expert guidance and support to our corporate clients, ensuring their banking needs are met and exceeded.
  • Develop the portfolio: Proactively identify new business opportunities, cross-sell and offer suitable corporate banking services to existing customers, and maintain a deep understanding of their evolving needs.
  • Achieve individual business targets: Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of our Commercial Banking business segment.
  • Prepare credit proposals: Develop comprehensive credit proposals in accordance with delegated authority, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
  • Conduct regular review and take proactive measures: Regularly review client portfolios, identifying areas for improvement and implementing proactive measures to ensure credit quality.
  • Provide guidance and coaching: Offer mentorship and support to junior teammates, helping them develop their skills and expertise.

**Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above: Hold a degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Relevant experience: Possess at least 4 years of relevant experience in the Commercial Banking business segment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Knowledge of corporate banking products and services: Have a good understanding of corporate banking and treasury products and services, including their features and benefits.
  • Familiarity with general banking operations: Be familiar with the general banking operations and legal and regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance and adherence to standards.
  • Previous exposure to credit proposal preparation: Have previous experience preparing credit proposals, demonstrating your ability to analyze complex financial information and present clear, concise recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Possess sound interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Language proficiency: Be fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with excellent language skills essential for communicating with clients and colleagues alike.
