Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Banker to join our team as a Loan Syndication Origination Manager. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and collaborative individual who works well cross-functionally/regional with colleagues.

The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative and analytical background, with prior experience in loan syndication origination and a solid understanding of accounting and financial analysis.

  • Degree in Banking, Finance or Economics from a reputable university.
  • A minimum of 8-10 years' experience in Banking with prior Loan Syndication origination experience.
Key Responsibilities
  • Structure, underwrite, distribute and execute syndication loans in Asia ranging from plain vanilla corporate loan to structured transactions including syndicated loans, leveraged finance.
  • Assist in execution, including but not limited to business, legal and financial due diligence, credit analysis, drafting term sheets, reviewing financing documents, coordinating between internal and external parties.
  • Support internal approval and compliance processes; work with credit, legal and compliance departments.
  • Negotiate satisfactory terms and conditions including financial covenants and forms of security in order to comply with lending criteria.
