Operational Manager Position for Customer Service Team Lead

TaiKang (Hong Kong) Preparatory Office seeks a skilled Operational Manager to oversee its customer service teams. As the lead, you will be responsible for driving initiatives and strategic projects that meet business requirements.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a minimum of 5 years in management level. A university degree in insurance, business administration, or a related field is required. Additionally, certifications such as FLMI or LOMA ACS/PCS are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise individual teams to achieve KPIs and drive operational efficiency and customer experience initiatives.
- Monitor hotline and counter services teams to provide quality services to internal and external customers.
- Handle complaints and work closely with internal staff, agents, and authorities.
- Review and update procedures to standardize internal and external guidelines.
- Organize training sessions for internal staff, business partners, or agencies.
- Drive company strategic projects to meet business requirements, including campaigns, digital initiatives, operation efficiency projects, and compliance or regulatory requirements.
- University degree holders in insurance, business administration, or related disciplines.
- Holder of FLMI or LOMA ACS or PCS qualification is preferred.
- Holder of IIQE qualifications.
- Minimum 10 years of customer services experience in Life Insurance Industry with at least 5 years in management level.
- Healthcare knowledge and general insurance concepts are essential.
- Self-motivated, independent, good team player, customer-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude, highly flexible, able to deliver outstanding results under challenging environments.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese, English, and Putonghua.
- Familiar in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing.
