Job Summary:

This role will handle customer inquiries and complaints regarding all activities in operation process. You'll be responsible for reporting problems, making outbound calls, executing empowerment guidelines, documenting call activities, and working closely with business partners to resolve issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Handles customer inquiries and complaints regarding all activities in operation process, including underwriting, policy owner service, and claims for different lines of business.
  • Problem Resolution: Reports problems, potential crises, and complaints to supervisors for service improvement.
  • Outbound Calls: Makes outbound calls to customers for follow-up cases.
  • Empowerment Guidelines: Executes empowerment guidelines.
  • Documentation: Documents call activities in systems and follows up on items in log sheets or sends emails to business partners.
  • Collaboration: Works closely with business partners to resolve complaints and uncertain issues.
  • Additional Responsibilities: Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisors to meet operational and/or other requirements.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary education graduate with 4 years of working experience.
  • Candidates with Higher Academic Qualifications: Candidates with higher academic qualifications or more relevant working experience may be considered as Customer Service Advisors.
  • Relevant Experience: Minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in insurance/customer service/hotline services.
  • Hands-on Experience: Hands-on experience in customer service.
  • Insurance Knowledge: Basic insurance knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Licenses: Required to obtain licenses from the Insurance Authority (IA) or Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA).

Earnings Estimate: The estimated annual salary range for this position is HKD $450,000 - HKD $550,000, depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
