We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our store operations team as an Administration Support Specialist. The Role

As an Administration Support Specialist, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as managing office supplies, coordinating meetings and events, and maintaining accurate records. You will also assist with daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our store.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the store team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping
* Assist with daily operations, including cash handling, inventory management, and customer service
* Manage office supplies and materials, including ordering and stocking
* Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, setup, and follow-up
* Maintain accurate records, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer information

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in retail or hospitality
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
* Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
* Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
