Key Responsibilities
Duties include:
Delivering exceptional customer service through precise and efficient transactions at the branch Addressing the financial service needs of clients by recognizing opportunities and directing them to the appropriate bank personnel Advocating for digital banking services and products while encouraging clients to transition to digital platforms Ensuring seamless branch operations and achieving satisfactory audit ratings by adhering to all control and service standards Complying with both general and anti-money laundering regulations as well as anti-terrorist financing compliance protocols in accordance with HSBC or regulatory standards and policies Multiple work locations available across various branches職責
