Position Overview:
As a Client Support Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in our operations: serving as the essential link between our clients and the expert insights they require.

To excel in this position, you must be driven to achieve client satisfaction and meet commercial objectives. This role demands exceptional communication skills and a client-centric approach, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. In a dynamic work environment, you will handle urgent requests from investors, strategists, and dealmakers at prestigious client firms. You will receive incoming project requests, swiftly evaluate your clients' specific knowledge requirements (for instance, during due diligence for investment opportunities), and then identify, reach out to, and assess the most suitable experts for each assignment. You will oversee all aspects of client-expert interactions, including scheduling, rescheduling, and follow-up communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Manage incoming client requests and leverage your business insight to identify and recommend the most appropriate experts for each assignment. Efficiently handle tasks across various projects under pressure while exceeding client expectations through proactive and responsive service.
  • Market Understanding: Grasp the project requirements and the legal and regulatory landscape relevant to your clients. Implement compliance protocols for each situation.
  • Expert Recruitment: Confidently approach, recruit, and evaluate experts who are ideally suited to meet your clients' project needs.
  • Revenue Responsibility: Assume direct accountability for revenue generation and meet monthly performance targets from the outset.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree; no prior experience required.
  • Demonstrated strong academic performance (minimum GPA of 3.3 or equivalent).
  • Evidence of extracurricular involvement during school and university.
  • Internship experience reflecting an interest in business.
  • Exceptional communication abilities.
  • Fluency in English or C2 level is essential; proficiency in additional languages is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits:
  • Anticipate total first-year compensation ranging from $425,700 (average performance) to $586,400 (strong performance), comprising (i) an annual base salary of $312,000 and (ii) uncapped variable compensation linked to individual performance.
  • 15 days of annual leave, six months of full maternity leave, and six weeks of full paternity leave.
