About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled LiveOps Specialist to join our team at a Snaphunt Client, a leading virtual streaming startup. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for creating, planning, and executing in-app promotions and events that drive user engagement and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive live operations strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth in the virtual streaming industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and development, to design and launch new features and initiatives.
- Manage and optimize in-app promotions and events to maximize user retention and revenue.
- Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to inform data-driven decisions and improve user experience.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live operations and monetization.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in live streaming and/or gaming companies, with a focus on live operations and monetization.
- Proven track record of successfully running and growing live operations platforms.
- Experience in live event planning and monetization of apps.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
