The Job
The Live Ops Specialist is the game’s/ live streaming expert, in charge of creating, planning, communicating, and optimizing the in-app promotions and events for Anilive. Reporting to the Operations Manager, they aim to boost player engagement and monetization over Anilive lifetime by surprising and delighting players every day.
You are responsible for:
- Co-owning the Live Operation’s planning under the supervision of the Operations Manager', clearly defining and setting up the in-app actions and promotions through the required tools.
- Collaborating with the Product Manager & stakeholders to define the promotions and event strategy in Anilive.
- Defining the communication strategy inside the app, working with marketing and artists on asset creation, coordinating their localization, and optimizing their in-app experience.
- Analyzing, reporting, and continuously aiming to improve all in-game actions against targets.
- Benchmarking and analyzing Live ops best practices in the industry.
The Profile
- You have at least 3 years of experience as an in-app event creator or planner, especially with live streaming or free game platforms for the North American region
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Economics, or a related field;
- You are experienced in working on a live streaming/ gaming operated as a service.
- You possess experience in LiveOps Event planning and Monetization of apps.
- You are result-driven and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- You can think on your feet, highly organized & autonomous.
- You have a customer-focused way of working with a keen visual sense.
- You Combine creative thinking with clear data-driven decisions.
