About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LiveOps Specialist to join our team at Snaphunt. As a key member of our global expansion team, you will be responsible for creating, planning, communicating, and optimizing in-app promotions and events for our product.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for live operations and monetization that aligns with the expectations of both viewers and streamers.
  • Explore new in-app content strategies and models, and plan and launch in-app live events that capitalize on trending topics and themes.
  • Define and set up in-app actions and promotions through required tools, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Develop and manage the roadmap of features and tools needed to innovate and improve live ops, coordinating with stakeholders to bring innovative ideas to life.
  • Conduct quantitative analysis and A/B and multivariate tests to optimize user retention, consumption rate, and ARPU value, gaining critical insights into users' life cycle.
  • Share best-in-class live ops activities, feature design, and monetization mechanics with the team.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience working in live streaming and/or gaming companies, particularly in the North American region.
  • Proven track record of successfully running and growing live operations platforms in terms of users and revenue.
  • Experience in LiveOps Event planning and Monetization of apps.
  • Passion for entertainment and otaku culture, such as Anime, Manga, and VTube.
  • Analytical, driven, and entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and work effectively in internationally distributed teams.
