LiveOps Strategist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled LiveOps Specialist to join our team at a Snaphunt Client, a leading virtual streaming startup. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in creating, planning, and executing in-app promotions and events that drive user engagement and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for live operations and monetization, balancing the needs of both viewers and streamers.
• Design and launch innovative in-app content strategies, exploring new models and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to set up and manage in-app actions and promotions, ensuring seamless execution and maximum impact.
• Conduct data-driven analysis and A/B testing to optimize user retention, consumption rates, and ARPU value, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in live streaming and/or gaming companies, with a proven track record of success in live operations and monetization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for entertainment and otaku culture, with a deep understanding of the virtual streaming industry and its trends.
