Job Title: Client Relations Officer
We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Officer to support our Relations Management Team in day-to-day activities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing presentation materials and fund performance reports, handling phone and email enquiries, and assisting the team in introducing eMPF to clients and organizing eMPF trainings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality presentation materials and fund performance reports to support business development efforts.
- Provide exceptional customer service through phone and email enquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responses to client queries.
- Collaborate with the Relations Management Team to introduce eMPF to clients and develop strategic relationships.
- Assist in organizing eMPF trainings and workshops to enhance client knowledge and engagement.
Requirements:
- University graduate preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of MPF customer service or operation experience.
- MPF license holder is an advantage.
- Mature personality and excellent communication skills.
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin preferred).
- Proficient to Intermediate level skill of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
