We are looking for a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Vertiv. This is an excellent opportunity to drive business growth and expand our market share through strategic sales planning and execution.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales strategy development and implementation, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales plans that align with our company's goals and objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase market share;
- Work closely with distributors to develop new customers and expand our business;
- Build trusted relationships with management, factories, IT channel & distributors, engineering teams to provide exceptional customer experiences;
- Manage sales forecasting and pipeline;
- Assume additional responsibilities as assigned projects.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree holder or above in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant disciplines;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably in the IT industry;
- Candidates with high potential caliber but less experience will be considered for junior positions;
- A results-driven team player, able to work independently, and willing to build relationships with people and customers;
- Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office;
- Proficient in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
