The appointee will provide administrative and logistical support to the Student Housing and Residential Life Office in the admission work of student halls, including managing, reviewing, and processing student housing applications, and allocating bed spaces in accordance with the student housing policies of the University.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide administrative support to the summer residence arrangement
• Offer secretarial support to the Hall Admissions and Selections Committee
• Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree with at least 3-5 years of post-qualification work experience
• Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure and tight schedules
• Strong sense of responsibility
• Self-motivated, attentive to details, and able to multi-task
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a good command of English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
• High level of computer literacy
