Job Summary
Cathay Pacific Airways Limited is seeking a highly skilled Assistant Manager to join our Global Business Services team. As a key member of our Source to Pay team, you will be responsible for leading and participating in process improvement initiatives to deliver quality services in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process improvement initiatives to deliver efficiencies and benefits to internal and external customers.
- Manage enhancements in the Case Management system.
- Undertake project work relevant to the activities of Global Business Services as requested by the GBS Manager – Source to Pay.
- Act as a Project Manager to lead cross-functional teams and project meetings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role in Accounts Payable / Source to Pay administration.
- Experience within Global Business Services / Shared Services environment is advantageous.
