About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Corporate Secretary Executive to join our team in Hong Kong. As a key member of our company secretarial team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality company secretarial services to our clients. Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Be a good team player within the company secretarial team.
  • Adopt the company's policies to support its growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of clients independently.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Handle a full range of company secretarial duties for Hong Kong private companies.
  • Prepare all necessary documents and filings.
  • Maintain and update statutory records.
  • Attend to client inquiries.
  • Coordinate with other teams to meet client needs.
  • Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree or diploma in Business Administration/Corporate Governance or a related discipline.
  • 3-5 years of related company secretarial experience in a professional firm or law firm.
  • Familiarity with industry laws and regulations, especially the Companies Ordinance.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Excellent written and spoken English.
  • Independence, proactivity, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
  • A willingness to work in a technology-based and fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will participate in the following interview stages:

  • An introductory call with a member of our HR team to discuss your application and get a better understanding of your experience and expectations for the role.
  • A case study where you'll have a 45-60 minute chat with the Hiring Manager, discussing real-life challenges that this role faces and your approach to solving them.
  • A career deep dive where you'll have a 60-minute chat with the Hiring Manager, discussing your last couple of roles and understanding your experience in more detail.
  • A behavioural fit assessment where you'll have a 60-minute chat with a member of HR or the leadership team, discussing recent work situations and how you think and work.
  • Reference interviews where we'll have 2-3 short phone or video calls with references that you provide to us.
