Corporate Secretary

As a key member of the Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited team, you will provide company secretarial work for our subsidiaries and joint ventures in Hong Kong and the PRC, ensuring compliance with all applicable statutory and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be essential in handling the formation and restructuring of group companies, preparing agenda, minutes, and resolutions of board/shareholders meetings, company documents, annual reports, and other corporate communications and filings. You will also supervise and manage team members, ensuring accuracy and effectiveness of all secretarial records/database/filing systems. This role requires a qualified company secretary with a minimum of 6 years of working experience, or a university graduate of other disciplines with at least 6 years of working experience in law, accounting, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related field. Knowledge of PRC company compliance, statutory, and regulatory requirements is a must. Excellent English and Chinese writing skills are essential, with proficiency in Putonghua required. Good knowledge of applicable laws and rules in the PRC and familiarity with the Listing Rules is essential. You will have good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong sense of responsibility. You will be able to work independently and attentively to details, with self-initiative to drive and handle projects independently.
