Job Title: Partnerships Director

The Partnerships Division at Ebury is a specialist team focused on institutional, financial brokers, and FinTech sales. We provide white-labelled solutions for banks, asset & wealth management firms, Money Services Businesses, and software platforms, offering access to liquidity in over 180 currencies, outsourced compliance facilities, and state-of-the-art foreign exchange management software.

About the Role

The Partnerships & Indirect Sales team is a critical contributor to the growth and success of our new indirect sales business unit in Hong Kong. As a Partnerships Director, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with financial intermediaries and strategic partners, developing a network of intermediaries from scratch through market research and cold calling, and leveraging maximum revenue potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop a deep understanding of the market and client needs to present appropriate solutions.
  • Grow our partners' businesses while achieving personal and monetary goals.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities to fuel up-market growth.
  • Lead demand generation and campaigns from conception to launch.
  • Engage in all steps of the Sales Cycle to ensure smooth Pipeline Progression and maximize results.
About You
  • Enjoy building new relationships with a client acquisition mindset.
  • Have past or current experience in selling/cross-selling FX Hedging Solutions to SMEs or Corporates in the Hong Kong market.
  • Be interested in the financial markets, ideally with a financial background.
  • Have excellent communication and social skills, with a genuine interest in learning about others and their business.
  • Have at least 8 years' experience in B2B partner-facing (or client-facing) functions, ideally in the financial services or technology industry.
  • Be structured in your approach to market research, planning, and organization.
  • Have a passion for creatively solving problems and an entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Be able to understand and assess new opportunities based on customer and market need, economics, technological capabilities, and competitive environment.
  • Be business fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese.
