The Cigna Group seeks a seasoned Senior Healthcare Partnership Director to lead its Provider Network function in Hong Kong. This strategic role is responsible for developing and executing negotiation and provider collaboration strategies to deliver best-in-class service to Cigna's providers, customers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development of provider network strategy and execute on both strategic and tactical level actions to drive business growth.
  • Accountable for driving affordability through cost containment strategies, including value-based contracting and utilization management.
  • Perform comprehensive service area analysis and cost analysis to identify network development and renegotiation opportunities.
  • Manage a team of contract negotiators to balance access to care with affordability.
  • Promote process improvement initiatives by identifying and successfully positioning service improvement opportunities within the Hong Kong Network Management department.
  • Build and maintain key relationships with existing and potential Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
  • Monitor the quality of services provided by medical providers and ensure correct execution of agreements.

Qualifications:

  • A university degree, with a master's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years of relevant experience, with 5+ years in provider contracting and strong acumen on value-based contracts and utilization management techniques.
  • A deep understanding and experience of local providers, health systems, and key players in the market.

Estimated salary range for this position is approximately $150,000 - $250,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This figure is based on industry standards for similar positions in Hong Kong.
