Strategic Business Development Executive

ICBC Asset Management (Global) is seeking a skilled Strategic Business Development Executive to join its team. In this role, you will play a key part in expanding the distribution network and driving sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in fund house management, with a strong understanding of market trends and competitor activity. A Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields is required. Type 4 and 9 licenses are preferred but not essential. Proficiency in MS Office and excellent written and oral English skills are also necessary.

Estimated salary: HKD500,000 - HKD700,000 per annum.

About the Role:
  • Maintain relationships with existing distributors and expand the distribution network to drive sales growth;
  • Conduct market research and analysis to support the development of new distribution channels;
  • Prepare regular fund reports and marketing materials for distributors, including retail banks, IFAs, insurance agencies, etc.;
  • Be responsible for organizing marketing campaigns and events with clients;
  • Handle KYC onboarding, due diligence and other compliance-related work;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Economics, Finance, Accounting or related fields;
  • At least 5 years of experience in fund house management;
  • Type 4 and 9 license holders are preferred;
  • Familiarity with SFC and other relevant regulations related to AML/CTF;
  • Presentable, result-driven with strong initiative and drive to succeed;
  • Positive and proactive attitude, team player, ability to work in a complex rapidly evolving workplace;
  • Good proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint);
  • Excellent written and oral English and Chinese language skills, including Putonghua;
