Job Description:

MCG Talent is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of a luxury retail brand into the Southeast Asia market. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to drive business growth, manage new branch offices, and develop strategic partnerships.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive company expansion.
  • Oversee the financial performance of new branch offices and take ownership of business execution.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive business plan to drive growth into new markets in SEA.
  • Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, partners, influencers, and clients in the region.
  • Collaborate with headquarters' cross-functional teams to tailor products and services to meet market demands.
  • Presentation skills are crucial; prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Travel extensively within assigned regions to meet clients and explore business opportunities.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 8 years of experience in business development or related roles with international exposure.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • An entrepreneurial spirit with a highly motivated and can-do attitude, able to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently to meet business objectives.
  • Proficiency in the local language is essential.
