Role Overview:
  • This role is focused on establishing connections with institutional investors and funds, introducing them to Hex Trust's innovative staking services, and driving business growth through strategic partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive market penetration strategy for staking services, focusing on key segments and identifying potential clients to maximize our market share.
  • Lead the sales cycle from initial engagement through to deal negotiation and closure, ensuring alignment with client needs and our company's staking objectives.
  • Utilize your extensive network to identify, approach, and onboard institutional investors and funds, fostering strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the investment community.
  • Partner closely with marketing and product teams to tailor staking solutions that align with market demands and client preferences, ensuring our offerings are competitive and appealing.
  • Deliver regular progress reports on sales performance and strategic initiatives, adapting strategies as necessary to meet business goals related to staking.
  • Collect and analyze market intelligence, including competitor activities and client insights, to inform strategic decisions and guide product development in our staking services.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales, with a demonstrated track record of success in fund sales. Prior experience in a client-facing role at a staking firm or custodian is preferred.
  • An in-depth understanding of the staking industry and its market within the broader crypto ecosystem.
  • Possesses excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in presenting complex information clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrates self-motivation and strategic thinking, equipped to operate independently in a dynamic and rapidly evolving industry.
What We Offer:
  • A highly competitive salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
