Strategic Banking Manager

We are seeking an experienced Strategic Banking Manager to join our team at Bank Of China (Hong Kong) Limited.
Job Responsibilities:- Formulate Branch and Self-Service Banking Network Strategy: Align with the bank's business and channel strategy, and reference best market practice to develop short-, medium- and long-term branch and self-service banking network strategy and optimization plans.
- Device Effective Capacity Planning Strategy: Develop effective branch network capacity planning strategy and mechanism to deliver the bank's business and customer segmentation strategy, and to enhance the productivity of branch staff.
- Lead Fintech and Automation Strategy: Formulate branch fintech and automation strategy, and drive the functional development of fintech application, branch automation as well as self-services machines.
- Implement Strategic Project Plans: Lead the implementation of strategic project plans and the end-to-end project management, monitoring project progress and satisfactory project delivery.
- Business Expansion Strategy: Facilitate the business expansion strategy in ASEAN Region through best practice sharing.
- Bachelor Degree or Above: Bachelor degree or above; preferably with major / minor in Business Administration / Marketing / Economics / Statistics / Financial Management, etc.
- Minimum 5 Years Working Experience: At least 5-year relevant working experience in financial industry with a min. 2-year in a managerial / project management capacity; experience in personal banking management and administration would be an added asset.
- Solid System/Project Management Skills: Solid system / project management skills (including, UR/UI Design, UAT).
- Familiarity with Banking Operation: Familiar with banking operation and process improvement.
- Local Statutory and Regulatory Requirements: Familiar with local statutory and regulatory requirements; understanding of market best practice in risk management and control.
- Languages: Good command in Chinese, English and Mandarin.
- MS Office Proficiency: Proficiency in MS Office.
- Salary Consideration: Less experience will be considered as Assistant/Deputy Business Strategy Manager.
$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience.
