Chief Distribution Officer, FWD Life Insurance

Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Chief Distribution Officer to drive our distribution strategy across all business units and ensure current and long-term profitability and growth.
Main Responsibilities- Evaluate performance parameters and strategic initiatives of the FWD group-wide distribution strategy and provide forward-looking views to management.
- Analyze the distribution financial and strategic objectives for all countries and evaluate local business performance, risk, and competitive environment.
This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with demonstrated ability to work with complex financial issues and concepts in a matrix organization structure across different geographies.
Key AccountabilitiesA. Supporting Group Distribution and Proposition- Perform deep dives around performance drivers within business units.
- Serve as a thought leader to promote best practices and implement Group initiatives.
- Coordinate and prepare monthly sales and proposition dialogues with local senior management teams.
- Conduct in-depth analysis on distribution performance across various channels and provide insights into forecasts and forward-looking activities and initiatives of the markets.
The successful candidate will have a degree holder with professional financial qualifications such as ASA, FSA, FIA, CPA, ACMA, FCMA, FCCA, or CA, and minimum 7 to 8 years of relevant working experience in the insurance industry. They will also possess excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate ideas, concepts, and results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career growth and development.
