Compliance Director for FWD Life Insurance

About this role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Director to join our team at FWD Life Insurance Corporation. In this critical position, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with group policies and adherence to statutory regulations.
As the Key Person in Control Function (KPIC), you will play a key role in managing FWD's relationships with regulators and industry bodies, ensuring adherence to regulatory and legislative requirements to secure a first-class reputation for our company as a best-in-class Compliance function.
You will set strategies and drive the performance and results of the compliance function, providing assurance to the FWD Board, Group Risk Committee, and Group Audit Committee that our Group-wide Compliance Framework and Programme are appropriately implemented.
The successful candidate will have 15+ years of experience in compliance/legal functions, preferably in Asia, with a strong understanding of insurance regulatory frameworks and applicable laws, regulations, rules, and codes of conduct.
The estimated salary for this position is around $150,000 - $200,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
