Job Summary
The Document Services team is responsible for providing document production and specialization support to all Mayer Brown offices. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing various document production tasks, including editing, formatting, and packaging documents, as well as working effectively under minimal supervision and collaborating with peers to share tasks.
Responsibilities
- Manage document production tasks, including editing, formatting, and packaging documents
- Work effectively under minimal supervision and collaborate with peers to share tasks
- Facilitate clear and concise handover of tasks between dayshift and nightshift to ensure continuity
- Coordinate daily tasks and maintain good relationships with all stakeholders to promote collaboration
- Willingsness to work afternoon/night and weekend shifts, including overtime on weekdays, weekends, or public holidays as needed
- Adaptable to flexible working locations as required
- Execute other tasks as assigned by management
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in a relevant field or a minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience in a sizeable company is preferred
- Demonstrated strong customer service skills and professionalism
- Reasonable level of verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong literate skills in MS Office, with excellent command in PC operations, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Chinese Word Processing
- Good communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills in both English and Chinese
- Strong obedience to follow instruction from line manager
- Attentive to detail, with proven ability to produce accurate work and meet tight deadlines
- Capable of effectively escalating issues to line managers as and when necessary
- Demonstrate the ability to seek clarification, guaranteeing appropriate follow-through on work requests
- A self-motivated, pro-active, and enthusiastic good team player
