Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our Executive Office team at BOC International. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, as well as providing administrative support to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including correspondence, reports, and records.
  2. Provide administrative support to the Executive Office team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and drafting correspondence.
  3. Assist in the development and implementation of documentation policies and procedures.
  4. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  5. Perform other related duties as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in documentation and records management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
