We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Documentation Specialist to join our Executive Office team at BOC International. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, as well as providing administrative support to the team.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation, including correspondence, reports, and records.
- Provide administrative support to the Executive Office team, including preparing meeting materials, taking minutes, and drafting correspondence.
- Assist in the development and implementation of documentation policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field.
- At least 3 years of experience in documentation and records management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
