Job Description

Fiduciary Specialist at Citi

The Fiduciary Specialist is a key professional responsible for managing trustee relationships with clients in Hong Kong managed funds. This role involves assisting in the provision, receipt, safekeeping, and maintenance of legal and contractual client documentation.

The Fiduciary Specialist will assist in the preparation of service level agreements for clients, arrange and attend client meetings as required, support the implementation of new business, and manage the opening and maintenance of client asset and cash accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage trustee relationships with clients in Hong Kong managed funds
  • Assist in the provision, receipt, safekeeping, and maintenance of legal and contractual client documentation
  • Assist in the preparation of service level agreements for clients
  • Arrange and attend client meetings as required
  • Support the implementation of new business
  • Manage the opening and maintenance of client asset and cash accounts

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of experience in fiduciary or compliance services
  • Thorough knowledge of regulatory frameworks

Education:

  • Bachelor's/University degree; Master's degree preferred
