As a Senior Legal Documentation Specialist at Interactive Brokers, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of legal documentation for our global operations.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and develop documentation that meets regulatory requirements.
  • Review and prepare contracts, correspondence, and banking documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Develop and maintain a legal documentation database, ensuring easy access to critical information.
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including local and foreign banks, exchanges, and clearing houses.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure documentation is revised accordingly.

Requirements

  • University graduate from a reputable institution.
  • Paralegal experience is preferred, with 1-3 years of experience in a legal setting or the financial services industry.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).
